Brady Rules!

New England retains first place with 17 total trophies.  (Had Green Bay won last week and this week, they would have moved to #1). 15 of the N.E. trophies were with Brady on the team. They only had two championship trophies before the 2001 season. They were in 23rd place overall. Tom Brady answered the question "was it him (and Gronk) or the New England franchise." Brady has 17 championship rings as of tonight. Do the math. 

Tampa Bay started the season in 23rd. It is now tied for 17th. A seven place jump is nothing to sneeze at. They were a Wild Card team this year, with twist of fate bringing them home for the Big Game.  On the way, Brady went up against Brees and Rogers. You can't make this stuff up. Mahomes has nothing to be ashamed of, although he looked like he was having a bad night in the middle of the first quarter.

Will the Brady era continue? Who knows? Will Tampa be a powerhouse without him (everyone retires sometime). Will Mahomes be back? Ask me next year. Buffalo and Los Angeles are not going away.
